The origin story. This is your first post — lead with vulnerability, end with vision. This video is already made. Use it as-is.
"We'd talked about this crazy idea for years — turning an old RV into a podcast studio. Building something of our own. But life kept getting in the way. Until it didn't.
When I lost my job, my wife went back to work. And I stayed home with our girls. And I thought — if not now, when?
So we bought the bus. And we're building it. And I'm going to show you every single step." [end on a shot of the RV or yourself smiling]
We're building Silent Wolf Studios — a mobile podcast studio — from the ground up. I'm a stay-at-home dad. My wife runs her own marketing agency. And together we're betting on ourselves.
Follow along. It's going to be a ride. 🐺

Is it rough? Yes. Is it giving "abandoned"? A little. Are we doing it anyway? Absolutely.
This RV is becoming a fully equipped mobile podcast studio. We're documenting every step — the wins, the mistakes, the chaos.

Explain what SWS does in plain, compelling language. Attracts potential clients and builds authority early.
I run a podcast agency. That means businesses and creators come to me with an idea — and I handle everything. Recording. Editing. Show notes. Distribution. Graphics. The whole thing.
Podcasting is exploding right now. There are over 4 million podcasts. But most of them sound terrible, look terrible, and die after 3 episodes.
That's where we come in. We're building Silent Wolf Studios — and what makes us different is that we're doing it from the road. Mobile. Flexible. Ready to come to you.
If you've thought about starting a podcast for your business — stay close. We're about to show you exactly how this works."
At Silent Wolf Studios, we handle everything from recording to distribution so business owners can focus on what they do best.

Talking-to-camera DITL. Raw, real, relatable. This is the content that builds a loyal audience fast.
This is what it actually looks like to be a stay-at-home girl dad running a business.
[walk through your morning — be real and specific. Daughters' routine, coffee, a quick look at the bus, prepping for the call]
People ask me how I balance it. Honestly? I don't always. Some days my daughters are watching Bluey while I'm editing audio at the kitchen table. Some days we go work on the bus together and they hand me tools they're not supposed to touch.
But we're making it work. And we're building something real. That's the whole point."
Some days are smooth. Some days are chaos. Most days are both.
Stay-at-home girl dad. Podcast agency owner. Bus builder. Figuring it out one day at a time. 🐺

High save rate carousel. Builds authority and speaks directly to your target client — business owners who've tried and failed, or are scared to start.
Slide 2: #1 — No clear audience. You can't talk to everyone.
Slide 3: #2 — Bad audio. People will forgive bad video. They won't forgive bad sound.
Slide 4: #3 — No publishing system. Consistency beats quality every time.
Slide 5: #4 — Waiting to be "ready." There's no ready. There's only start.
Slide 6: #5 — Doing it alone. The pods that last have support systems.
Slide 7: "That's what we're here for. 🐺 @silentwolfstudios"
The number one reason podcasts fail isn't lack of talent. It's lack of systems. And that's exactly what we build at Silent Wolf Studios.

First progress update. Show whatever work has happened — even small progress. This becomes a recurring weekly segment people look forward to.
[show each thing you worked on this week — even if it's just cleaning it out, measuring, researching gear]
Honestly? It's less than I wanted. But it's more than zero. And that's the whole game right now — just keep moving forward.
Next week we're tackling [specific task]. Follow along so you don't miss it."
Building a mobile podcast studio from scratch means a lot of measuring, a lot of YouTube rabbit holes, and a lot of "okay but what if we did it THIS way" conversations with my wife.
We're doing it anyway. Follow along for the whole journey. 🎙️

Deep, personal reel. Cuts through the noise of hustle culture content. This is the post that makes people feel like they know him.
I'm doing this because I want my daughters to see what it looks like when their dad bets on himself.
I was laid off. That's not a fun thing to say. It's embarrassing, honestly. But it forced us to make a decision we'd been putting off for years.
My wife has always believed in this idea. She believes in me in a way that's kind of terrifying sometimes. So when she said 'let's just do it' — I had no more excuses.
That's the real answer. I'm doing this because the people I love most are watching. And I don't want to let them down."
Mine is simpler and a lot more personal. 👇 [let the reel say the rest]
What's your why? Drop it below. I genuinely want to know. 🐺

Building Silent Wolf Studios from scratch means tracking every dollar. Some of it makes us proud. Some of it makes us wince a little.
This is what transparency looks like when you're building in public. Save this and check back — we'll update the numbers as we go.

Vulnerability wins on social. Leading with a mistake makes people trust you more, not less. This type of content gets huge engagement.
[explain the mistake — whatever it is. Measured wrong, bought the wrong thing, had to redo something]
Here's the thing — nobody tells you how many times you have to start over when you're building something from scratch. And honestly, I think that's on purpose. Because if everyone knew, nobody would start.
But we fixed it. [show the fix] And next week we're back on track.
Progress, not perfection. That's the whole plan."
Because that's what building in public actually looks like. Not the highlight reel — the whole reel.
Have you ever had a project setback that turned into a better outcome? Tell me below. 🐺

Quick, punchy value reel. This is your "craft authority" content — positions SWS as the expert and naturally leads into your mobile studio as the solution.
It's the room. Room acoustics are the single biggest factor in whether your podcast sounds professional — and almost nobody talks about it.
An expensive mic in a bad room sounds worse than a $100 mic in a treated space. I've heard it a hundred times.
That's actually why we're building the bus the way we are — acoustic treatment is the first thing going in. Before the gear. Before the furniture. Before anything.
If you want to start a podcast, don't buy a better mic. Fix your room first."
This is the first thing I fix when we work with a new podcast client — and it makes the single biggest difference in sound quality.

Month 1 wrap-up reel. Creates a natural chapter close and sets up Month 2. Great for new followers to binge-watch back through the content.
[quick recap of build progress — show physical progress]
[mention 1–2 business wins from the month — first inquiry, first follower milestone, first anything]
What surprised me most? [be honest — the community response, how hard something was, something you didn't expect]
Month 2 starts Monday. We're tackling [next phase of build] — and honestly I'm nervous and excited in equal measure.
If you've been following along — thank you. This means more than you know. See you Monday."
We showed up. We built something. We made mistakes. We kept going.

Posting Rhythm
Mon = human/emotional content. Wed = value or transparency (carousels). Fri = build progress. This gives each day a distinct energy and trains your audience to expect certain content on certain days.
Repurposing
Every reel goes to Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. Carousels go to Instagram and TikTok (as a slideshow). Minimal extra effort, triple the reach.
Comments Strategy
Reply to every comment in the first 30–60 minutes after posting. This signals to the algorithm that the post is driving engagement and boosts distribution significantly.
Month 2 Direction
Once the audience has context on who you are and what you're building, Month 2 can introduce client stories, deeper craft content, collab content with Marie, and the first "studio tour" reel.
No Pressure Rule
Scripts are a starting point, not a performance. The best version of this content is conversational and real. Use the scripts as a loose guide — if you go off-script and it's better, keep that take.
Audio Tip
Even before the studio is built — record in a closet full of clothes, or a carpeted room with soft furnishings. Good audio from the start reinforces the credibility of a podcast agency.
