How it works.

Tell us where you are

Enter your name, email, and desired recording area so we can show relevant dates.

Green dates have a confirmed PodRV location nearby. Amber dates let you suggest a spot.

Choose your session

Audio or video, how many guests, any special setup needs. Takes 60 seconds.

Deposit or request

Confirmed dates take a 50% deposit. Requested dates are free to submit — we confirm in 24 hrs.

Questions

Quick answers.

Every session is 90 minutes and includes Danny as your engineer. You get all raw files delivered after the session. Audio sessions cover professional mic setup and acoustic isolation. Video sessions add multi-camera 4K capture and lighting.

For confirmed dates, a $100 flat deposit holds your slot. The remaining session balance is due on recording day. Deposits are non-refundable within 48 hours of your session start time.

Submit your preferred location and we'll check scheduling and logistics. We confirm within 24 hours. No payment is needed to request — you'll get a deposit link only after we confirm it works.

Sessions within 20 miles of American Fork have no travel fee. Beyond that, a $50 travel fee applies and will be noted in your booking confirmation. Travel fees are waived for monthly plan clients.

Up to 4 people total — that's you plus up to 3 guests. This covers most interview and co-host setups. Need more? Reach out before booking and we'll discuss what's possible.

Yes. Post-production services (audio editing, video editing, short-form clips, show notes) are available as add-ons via PodPennies. You'll get a link to the full menu after your booking is confirmed.
