Reserved slots are held by contracted clients and cannot be publicly booked. They're shown so you can see how the day is structured — only open (green) slots are available to request or book.

Every session is 90 minutes and includes your on-site engineer. All raw files are delivered after the session. Audio sessions include professional mic setup and acoustic isolation. Video sessions add multi-camera 4K capture and professional lighting.

A flat $100 deposit holds your confirmed slot. The remaining session balance is due on recording day. Deposits are non-refundable within 48 hours of your scheduled start time and cannot be used toward a new session if you no-show no-contact.

Suggest a location and we'll check logistics and scheduling. We confirm within 24 hours. No payment is needed to submit a request — you'll receive a deposit link only after we confirm it works.

Sessions within 20 miles of American Fork have no travel fee. Beyond that, a $50 travel fee applies and will be noted in your booking confirmation. Travel fees are waived for monthly plan clients.
